Formed in 2006, Nolan Partners work exclusively with clients in sport, entertainment and related sectors to help them find talented leadership and performance professionals. Over 500 searches across six continents means that Nolan Partners has an unrivalled reputation in senior level Executive Search.

Today, Nolan Partners has offices in London, Los Angeles and New York. Launching in America from the UK meant communicating their brand to their target audience, avoiding any shameless plugging of clients, but focusing on their uniqueness and expertise.

Initially Masgroves worked with Nolan Partners on a booklet to take to two US Sports Conferences. The challenge: how to stand apart.

A small pocket-sized design ensured it was super-easy for delegates to carry around for the day, rather than a bulky A4 brochure. The clean, modern design included their unique search methodology and client testimonials to provide source credibility.

Nolan Partners work to the highest standards meaning it was exciting to be asked to help them to refresh their website on the back of their success at both conferences.

This project included defining what the Nolan Partners brand stood for; working with web designers, photographers and copywriters to create the right design; and ensuing brand imagery and content was suitable for both the US market and the UK.
