#ENGAGE2017 was the first event of its kind hosted exclusively for Reward Gateway clients. In addition to presenting their suite of employee engagement solutions, the 120 clients also had the opportunity to listen to ‘expert speakers’ including Masgroves.
The day was built around a Winterfest theme complete with mulled wine and mince pies – so our session was titled: The Summer BBQ.
The idea? To stand out and make the session memorable. Did it work?

On the back of this success, Reward Gateway invited us to help their Client Success Managers to better understand internal communication. How did we do this?
By creating a steam powered communication machine that helped explain how to structure internal communication activities, and in what order. The machine was called ‘Billy’ and is still talked about fondly to this day.
